My Story
My journey has been one of resilience and determination in the face of adversity. After enduring severe childhood trauma and being let down by the social services and family court systems, I found myself facing the challenges of teenage motherhood.
Despite the obstacles in my path, I made a promise to give my son everything I never had. However, my struggles were far from over. My parental rights were unjustly taken away, and my son was placed in the very system that had failed me. Still, I refused to be silenced.

I educated myself, started the "children's lives matter" movement, led protests for changes in family court laws, and became an advocate for parents who had also lost their rights.

I started my non-profit, New Beginnings, in 2019, and have worked tirelessly to educate families on navigating the family court system. My unwavering faith and determination led to a miraculous reunion with my son, Adam, on his 18th birthday. Now, with Adam by my side, I am sharing my story to offer hope to others facing similar struggles.

My ultimate goal is to inspire change within the family court system and put an end to the unjust separation of families. My story is a testament to the power of perseverance, faith, and the belief that no challenge is insurmountable.
